A Safe Space for Healing & Empowerment
Navigating the professional world as a BIPOC individual comes with unique challenges—microaggressions, systemic barriers, workplace trauma, and the weight of societal injustice. Outside of work, the pressures of today’s political, social, and economic climate only add to the emotional toll. This process group is designed to be a safe, affirming, and supportive space for BIPOC professionals (ages 21 to 45) who have faced trauma both in and outside of the workplace.
